We offer a portal to allow all homeowners to
gain access to independent, specialist solicitors to guide them
through the equity release process.
We offer an unbiased, fixed fee service and we will waive that
fee if the case does not complete for any reason.The Equity Release
Solicitors' Alliance (ERSA) members believe that all homeowners
have the right to an expert solicitor.
Our role is to guide the homeowner through the risks and rewards
of the plan arranged by their financial advisor, and to highlight
the legal obligations which attach to it. We have an extensive
knowledge and understanding surrounding elder client needs and
concerns.
ERSA members have years of experience in equity release and
strongly believe that we can offer an unrivalled service, wherever
clients live in England, Scotland and Wales.
